Located at the intersection of Garth Rd. and Browns Gap Turnpike in western Albemarle County, VA. (Street address is 2904 Browns Gap Turnpike, Crozet.)

The White Hall Community Building may be rented for private or community events. The 2024 Basic rental fee is $200/day ($100/day for WHRC members). A deposit equal to the rental fee is required upon rental, refundable on determination that rental conditions have been met (cleanliness/damage inspection). New rental rates for 2025 will be announced in December.

The Community Building space consists of an entry foyer, an open dining or assembly hall measuring 20 x 40 feet, and a renovated (2017) fully-stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, two ovens and a dishwasher that may be used by renters. The building has heating and air-conditioning. There are 10 tables and 70 chairs available for renters’ use. (For dining use, a comfortable maximum would be 60 people, 6 to a table.) The foyer has men’s and women’s rooms, and is wheelchair-accessible.

The fireplace is no longer usable for wood fires (for safety reasons, following a chimney inspection), but we make available fuel for a gel log kit that provides some ambiance.

For availability check the club calendar . Please note that an open date on the calendar is not a guarantee of availability, especially if it immediately precedes or follows a major Club event, so it is important to check with us ahead of time.

To request a building rental please email whitehallruritans@gmail.com with the days you wish to use the building. The rental is not confirmed unless you receive an email response.
